2 stalks celery, diced
2 eggs

1/2 c. barbecue sauce or ketchup
1/2 c. ketchup (reserved)

Preheat oven to 350u00b0. Mix all ingredients together, saving 1/2 cup ketchup for topping. Place in a large loaf pan or a casserole dish. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Pour off excess fat. Cover with remaining 1/2 cup ketchup and return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Serve hot.
