   Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces.

   First, cut it in half vertically.

   Remove the skin and pit, then cut it in half vertically again.

   Cut into pieces of any size.

   Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, and wasabi in a bowl.

   Add the avocado from Step 4, coat it with the sauce, and it's finished!
