Ingredients: 800 ml Water; 10 cm x 20 cm strip Kombu; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Grated ginger; 1 dash Umami seasoning; 1 thigh Chicken thigh meat; 100 grams Chicken gizzard; 3 leaves Napa cabbage; 1/2 Onion; 1/2 block Firm tofu; 1 few Mixed mushrooms; 3 tbsp Soy sauce; 3 tbsp Sake; 1 dash Umami seasoning; 1 pinch Sugar; 1 tsp Grated ginger

10 cm x 20 cm strip Kombu
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Grated ginger
1 dash Umami seasoning
1 thigh Chicken thigh meat
100 grams Chicken gizzard
3 leaves Napa cabbage
1/2 Onion
1/2 block Firm tofu
1 few Mixed mushrooms
3 tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Sake
1 dash Umami seasoning
1 pinch Sugar
1 tsp Grated ginger

Put the konbu and water in a pot and turn on the heat.

If you're going to eat this in the evening, you can just put the konbu in and let it soak all day to make a stronger broth.
