Soo first is crumble the feta and add the pepper, 2 teaspoons oil, salt and paprika and it's optional, the parsley and mix it Together..

And i use for this recipe yufka Pastry.. You can also use phyllo too.. And you need a glass little bit water..

Wet a little bit the yufka and Put a little bit of our cheese mix into the middle but leave a border..

Fold the corners into the middle..

And roll it to the top and Wet the top a little bit and roll it to the end..

At the end i just have 9 pieces..

Put the oil into the pan and on medium head and fry these for 1-3 Minutes or until it's Brown at the side..

Fry every 4 sides until browned and crunshy..

Drain it on a paper towel..
