use a tin of choice, or alternatively roll in strong clingfilm (plastic wrap) into a sausage shape ,I used my long sleeve pudding basin, grease and line with cling film.

Mix broken biscuits,nuts and raisins.Pour the milk and milk chocolate in a pot and very gently melt.Take from heat and transfere into bowl ,leave to cool slightly.Stir in nuts fruit , brandy or rum and biscuits.Spread mixture into tin onto the kitchen wrap ,press down slighghtly.

take to fridge to set completely.Remove cake from tin.Melt the bitter chocolateand drizzle over cake.Leave to set and enjoy.

if using marzipan fill tin half with cake and chocolate mix or add in half way when shaping the sausage with mix.

Add your marzipan evenly to the middle then add rest of mixture.

You could use a large old fizzy pop bottle cut that half way lengthways to make sleeve shapes.
