Servings:persons
1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2
Line a pan with greased parchment paper or, preferably, a silicon mat.
3
In a bowl, mix together egg whites, cake flour, sugar, and oil. Mix until there are no visible lumps and the mixture appears white and gluey. Stir in the flax seeds.
4
Drop half tablespoons of batter onto the mat, leaving 3 inches of space in between. Spread out with the back of a spoon until very thin (the mat/paper should be almost visible through the batter). Bake one sheet at a time for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
5
Take out and immediately remove from the mat with a spatula. The tuiles will begin to stick after around 1 minute. If they become too difficult to remove, return them to the oven for a few seconds to soften. Cool on rack.
