Shrimp Scampi

   Put a large pot of water on to boil.

   In a large saute pan, add oil an butter. When butter is melted, add garlic. Cook on low heat for 3 min (garlic just starts to turn golden). Turn heat to medium and add shrimp. Cook and stir until shrimp are mostly pink. Squeeze in juice of a lemon and cook for another minute. Add tomatoes, parsley and basil. Turn heat off and cover pan. Cook linguini to al dente. Strain linguini and add to shrimp. Toss and enjoy!
