   Evenly distribute angle food batter on cooking sheets and spread evenly

   Bake separately for about 25 minutes on 450 degrees (or until golden).

   Combine heavy whipping cream and sugar in medium bowl.

   Mix until frothy and thick.

   *Leaving cream slightly runny is messier but moistens the cake.

    Spread cream evenly on both cakes.

    Place preferred amount of desired fruit on cakes.

    *For a less healthy alternative, scatter chocolate chips on the cakes instead of fruit.
