Short Cake(For Strawberries)

   Beat eggs, shortening, sugar, salt, vanilla and baking powder together in large bowl.

   Beat until sugar is dissolved.

   Begin adding flour and beat it in; keep adding and beating in flour until you have a very soft dough.

   Then take some of the mixture out on a floured board and knead a little.

   Shape into rounds and bake at 350u00b0 to 375u00b0 until it's light brown.
