Sherry'S Apple Streusel

   In a large bowl, combine apples with sugar, raisins, 1 teaspoon flour and 2 teaspoons apple pie spice; mix well.

   Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

   In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups flour, brown sugar, salt and 1 teaspoon apple pie spice; mix well. Add butter and cut into coarse pieces.

   Sprinkle over apples. Bake, uncovered, at 375u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce to 350u00b0 for 30 minutes.
