   Prepare potatoes. Set aside. Chop onion and saute in skillet until just brown. Add hamburger meat. Brown and crumble. Add salt, pepper and garlic or garlic powder. Add vegetable soup or frozen vegetables (with beef bouillon cube). Add water to make a light sauce or add tomato sauce. Put in casserole. Cover top with mashed potatoes. Brush top with melted margarine. Bake at 350u00b0 about 30 to 45 minutes until potatoes are nice brown.
