Sheperds Pie

   in fry pan cook ground beef and onion until meat is no longer pink, and onion is soft. Drain beef and distribute in bottom of pie dish. Drizzle 1/4 c of cream over hamburger. salt/ pepper lightly

   While meat is cooking cook cauliflower per package diretions, but cook until very soft. Drain cauliflower. Add cream cheese and 2 tbsp heavy cream. Beat with mixer until very smooth, mashed potato texture.

   spread cauliflower mixture over ground beef Sprinkle with cheddar cheese

   Bake 350 oven until cheese is melted and bubbley about 15 min.
