Sheath Cake(Delicious Chocolate Cake)

   Mix soda with buttermilk and set aside.

   Sift flour and sugar together in large bowl.

   Place into a saucepan the oleo, chocolate and water; bring to a boil and pour over flour and sugar, mixing well.

   Add buttermilk-soda mixture and eggs.

   Mix well and pour into a well-greased and floured 16 x 11-inch pan.

   Bake at 400u00b0 for 30 minutes or until a straw inserted comes out clean.

   Start cooking icing 5 minutes before cake is done.

   Pour over cake while it is still warm.
