Heat a frying pan with 1 teaspoon olive oil at medium heat.

Cut chicken into strips and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and crushed garlic, cook thoroughly (about 10-15 minutes).

While the chicken is cooking, cut open baguette and place on baking sheet.
