Ingredients: 1/2 to 1 pound grnd chuck; 1/2 pound bacon; 1 lg. onion, minced; 1/3 c. brown sugar; 1/3 c. white sugar; 1/4 c. catsup; 1/4 c. barbecue sauce; 2 tbsp. light molasses; 2 tbsp. dry mustard; 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; 1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, undrained; 1 (1 lb.) can pork and beans, undrained; 1 (1 lb.) can butter beans, liquid removed; 1 (1 lb.) can pinto beans, liquid removed

1/2 to 1 pound grnd chuck
1/2 pound bacon
1 lg. onion, minced
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. white sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. barbecue sauce

1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, undrained

Crumble and brown grnd chuck and onion; drain off fat.

Fry bacon till crisp; crumble.

Place all ingredients (in order given) in crock pot.

Mix well.

Be sure to drain the butter and pinto beans.

Cook in crockpot several hrs (5 to 6) on low or possibly even longer if you like.

May also be baked at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
