Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F

Grease a baking sheet well, or line a baking sheet with baking paper

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, salt sesame seeds, eggs and oil

It will form a thick dough so may need your hands to give it a good mix

Divide the dough in half

Place half of the dough on a sheet of baking paper and place another sheet over the top

Using a rolling pin, roll the dough over the paper until it is about 2 - 3 mm thick. The paper is not essential but it makes it a lot easier to roll out.

Once it is as thin as possible, remove the top layer of the paper and slide it onto the baking tray.

Using a knife or a pizza slicer, slice the dough into 6cm squares

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown

Repeat with the other half of the dough
