   In a large bowl combine chocolate bits, Marshmallow Creme, oleo, nuts and vanilla.

   Set aside.

   In heavy pan, combine sugar, salt and Pet milk.

   Cook, stirring, until a full rolling boil begins; boil another 6 or 8 minutes, stirring constantly.

   Pour over other ingredients and mix together.

   Store in refrigerator.
