Seafoam Nut Kisses Recipe

   Beat egg white, lowfat milk and water with electric mixer at high speed till stiff.

   Beat in brown sugar, a Tbsp.

   at a time to make a thick glossy meringue-like mix.

   Scrape sides of bowl often.

   Mix in salt, flour and nuts; coconut if used.

   Drop teaspoonfuls of mix onto greased and floured cookie sheet.

   Bake at 325 degrees 15 min or possibly till light brown.

   Remove and cold on wire rack.
