Add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time and beat until dissolved. Just before the last tablespoon of sugar, add vanilla, vinegar and almond extract. Then beat in final tablespoon of sugar. Scoop with large kitchen spoon a full helping of meringue. Dent and swirl. Put on brown paper (grocery sacks or parcel post) that has been greased with cooking oil. Put brown paper on cookie sheets and bake at 225u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours. Turn off and cool in the oven. Be careful not to burn. This can only be done on a dry, sunny day!
