Scamorza Octopus Au Gratin

   Tenderize the octopus using a meat mallet.

   Add the octopus to salted boiling water and cook for 25 minutes.

   Drain the octopus and slice. Place the octopus on a foil lined baking sheet. Top with cheese and season with salt.

   Place in the oven and broil until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
