Ingredients: 1/2 cup soy sauce; 1/4 cup water; 3 tablespoons oil; 3 cloves garlic, crushed (powder works too); 1/2 teaspoon black pepper; 1 teaspoon salt; 2 teaspoons sugar; 1 teaspoon cinnamon; 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves; 1 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 teaspoon anise

Servings: persons

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed (powder works too)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 teaspoon anise
