   ["Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Bring a large pot of water to boil; have a bowl of ice water nearby. Blanch the tomatoes and submerge in the ice water. Peel the tomatoes, personally the peel does not bother me. Slice the tomatoes in half across the ""equator"" and deseed. Slice the tomatoes in thick slices and layer on paper toweling, pat dry. Remove as much moisture as possible without crushing the slices.", "", "Line the crust with foil and pie weights or dry beans/rice. Bake of 5-10 minutesor until crust is lightly golden.
