Savory Baked Spaghetti(Serves 6)

   Slowly cook onions and garlic in oil 5 minutes.

   Add hamburg; cook, stirring occasionally, until meat loses red color.

   Stir in salt, pepper and tomatoes (put tomatoes through sieve or squash with hands.)

   Simmer covered 30 minutes.

   Add chili powder and water.

   Start oven to 325u00b0.

   Break half of uncooked spaghetti in greased casserole.

   Pour half of sauce over spaghetti.

   Sprinkle with half of cheese.

    Break in rest of spaghetti; add rest of sauce and sprinkle with remainder of cheese.

    Bake covered 35 minutes.

    Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer or until brown.
