Sausage Zucchini Bake

   Place sausage in frying pan and add 1 cup of water.

   Let water boil off and fry at low heat until brown.

   Slice onion and peppers into thin rings.

   In a large casserole dish, combine sausage, onion, pepper, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, zucchini and garlic.

   Grate Mozzarella cheese and add to top.

   Add Parmesan cheese on top.

   Cover with foil and bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve with shell macaroni on the side.
