Sausage Stuffed Cornish Hens

   Just follow our 3 simple steps

   Brown 1/2 lb.

   pork sausage with a few handfuls of sliced mushrooms in skillet; drain.

   Mix in 1 box of STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken, 1/4 cup grated carrot and 1 cup hot water.

   Spoon stuffing into 2 Cornish game hen (1 - 1 1/2 lb.

   each).

   Close openings with skewers.

   Place breast side up in roasting pan.

   Brush with oil.

    Roast in oven at 350F for 1 hr.

    Spoon apple jelly over hens.

    Bake an additional 10 min.
