Sausage Scramble

   In 12-inch skillet, cook sausage on medium-high 5 minutes, stirring to break up with spoon; transfer to small bowl.

   To skillet, add chopped red pepper, onion, and pepper.

   Cover; cook 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.

   Add potatoes.

   Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until potatoes are hot, stirring often.

   Stir in sausage.
