Swiss chard or possibly spinach, cut into bite size pcs (4 c.)

1 c. canned chicken broth
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pound Italian sausage, cut in 1 inch pcs
2 tbsp. veg. oil
8 ounce. fresh mushrooms
1 med. green pepper, cut up

Combine chicken broth and soy sauce; stir in cornstarch and set aside.

In a large skillet or possibly wok, stir fry sausage in warm oil for 10 min.

Add in mushrooms, green pepper, radish or possibly parsnip, and green onions.

Stir fry 5 min more.
