Sausage 'N Egg Casserole Recipe

   Brown sausage over medium heat.

   Drain fat.

   Place sausage in greased 2 qt casserole dish (9x13).

   In a bowl, beat Large eggs, stir in lowfat milk, salt and cheese.

   Pour egg mix over sausage.

   Sprinkle with croutons.

   Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 45 min to 1 hour.

   Let stand 5 min before serving.

   (If you double the croutons you can increase the lowfat milk to 2 or possibly 3 c..) Chill overnight/as long as possible.
