Hollow out the load of bread and put the extra bread to the side.

Set your oven at 350F.

Separate the sausage into small pieces and cook in a pan with olive oil.

Cut up the extra bread into pieces of your choice of size.

Drizzle olive oil on ALL of the bread.

Put the cooked sausage in the bread bowl and on top of it tomato sauce and mozzarella (however much you want).

Place the bowl on a tray, and next to it the extra bread and place it in the oven.

Make sure to put some sauce to the side.
