Sausage And Wild Rice Casserole

   Cook rice according to package directions. Crumble and brown sausage. Drain (reserve some fat) and set aside. In reserve fat, saut onions until cooked. Add celery and green pepper and saut until softened. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a baking dish (one 9 x 13-inch or one 8 x 8-inch). Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. (Can be frozen and thawed before baking.)
