Sausage And Rice Bake

   Cook sausage until brown and crumbly, drain and set aside. Combine rice and 1-1/2 cups of cheese. Spread rice mixture in greased 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish, sprinkle with sausage. Combine soup and milk, pour over sausage, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and the remaining cheese and cover with bread crumbs (as desired). Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes. Can also be frozen for later date.
