   Use skillet large sufficient for all ingredients.

   Place in extra virgin olive oil, wine, and sausage; cover.

   On medium-low heat cook sausage 20 min turning often.

   Add in onion and cook 5-6 min stirring often.

   Add in peppers, salt, and pepper.

   Cover and cook 10 min, turning often.

   Remove cover, raise heat to medium and cook another 10 min.

   Remove and serve.
