Sauerkraut Soup Recipe

   Put ham and lima beans in large pot and fill with water.

   Cook 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.

   Remove ham, let cold a little then spread the ham and place the ham back into the pot.

   Peel 6 potatoes and cut into pcs.

   Add in potatoes to soup.

   When potatoes are done, take a potato masher and mash the ingredients in the soup for a few min.

   Add in sauerkraut.

   Cook 15 min more.
