(3 ounce.) cream cheese, softened; 2 tbsp. minced parsley; 1 teaspoon mustard; 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt; 1/8 teaspoon pepper; 1/4 c. flour; 2 Large eggs, well beaten; 1/4 c. lowfat milk; 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs; Oil for deep frying

8 ounce. pork sausage
1/4 c. finely minced onion
1 can (14 ounce.) sauerkraut liquid removed and fine cut
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 pkg. (3 ounce.) cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 Large eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. lowfat milk
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying

Cook sausage and onion in skillet till meat browns.

Drain.

Add in kraut and 2 tbsp.
