Saucy Chicken Parmesan Skillet

   Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.

   Add chicken, mushrooms and onions; cook 8 to 10 min.

   or until chicken is done (165 degrees F), turning chicken and stirring vegetables after 5 min.

   Remove chicken from skillet, reserving cooked vegetables in skillet; cover chicken to keep warm.

   Add tomatoes to vegetables in skillet; stir.

   or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

   Top with chicken and cheeses; cook, covered, 2 min.
