1/2 Onion
1 clove Garlic
1 to 2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 can Canned tomato
1 Soup stock cube
1 tbsp Red wine (if you don't have, any color will do)
1/2 Red chili pepper
10 Shrimp
1 Squid
4 Scallops
15 Manila clams
1 Salt and pepper
1 Pasta or pizza herb seasoning, if you have

Remove the shrimp from their shells and devein.

Remove the squid innards and cut into rings, removing the tentacles one at a time.

Soak the clams then clean by scrubbing them together.

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add minced garlic and the ingredients from Step 1 and cook through.

Transfer to a plate.

In the same pan from Step 2, add minced onion and garlic.

Season with salt and pepper and cook until soft.

Add the canned tomatoes, soup stock, wine, and red chili to the pan in Step 3 and boil for 5 minutes.

Add tomato ketchup if desired.
