1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups red and/or green candied cherries, chopped
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
3 cups sweetened flaked coconut

Shape dough into 3 (10x1 1/2-inch) logs on plastic food wrap.
