7 1/16 tablespoons ham sliced
3 1/2 ounces salami sliced
8 slices cheese yellow
pickles
chile peppers Jalapeno, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon mustard
ground black pepper
