Sandwich Bread Cheese Cake

   Blend cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.

   Cut crusts off bread and flatten each slice with rolling pin.

   Spread cream cheese lightly on each slice.

   Roll up each slice of filled bread.

   Dip lightly into melted butter; roll in sugar with cinnamon mixed in. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350u00b0, until bottoms are brown.
