Salt Substitute

   Peel the grapefruit as thinly as possible, then scrape away all the white parts.

   Dry the peel overnight near a source of heat.

   Grind the peel in a coffee grinder or spice mill, then combine it with the other ingredients.

   Put the mixture into a well sealed bottle and shake well to mix.

   Store in a dry place.
