   Bring water to a boil in large saucepan and add pasta. While water is coming to a boil, chop the sausage finely and mix with the walnuts. Heat olive oil in frying pan and add the sausage and walnut mixture. SautA until the sausage is fully cooked, drain. Heat the cream in a separate saucepan. When cream is warm, add nutmeg and white wine. Pour the cream sauce over the sausage mixture and stir together. When pasta is cooked, drain and return to the saucepan. Pour cream and sausage/walnut combination over pasta and mix well. Serve immediately
