1 (12 ounce.) can tomato paste
2 sm. to med. onions
2-3 sm. green bell peppers
1/2 c. minced black olives
1 (16 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
4-5 fresh jalapeno peppers Or possibly same canned (fresh preferred)

1 tbsp. basil
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5-6 cloves garlic, crushed
