   first wash your dirty hands..lol

   OK, now that your clean ..dice up the onion, jalapeno or whatever pepper you use, and garlic.

   dump those into a big bowl along with the cans of tomatos...adding fresh peeled tomatoes is cool too.

   now with the seasonings I can't tell you how much to add because this recipe is based solely on taste.

   so give it your best shot!

   mix everything together.

   an option is leave as is or put in a blender, on chop setting for 8 seconds, or so.
