Pour crushed tomatoes into a large bowl, set aside.

De-seed all the peppers (I like to do this with a small spoon so my fingers and nails dont burn).

Put in a food processor.

Quarter the onion and add to the food processor along with the peppers.

Pulse until finely chopped.

Add to the bowl with crushed tomatoes.

Cut Roma tomatoes in half and de-seed (again, easy to do with a small spoon).

Add to the food processor and pulse a couple times, then add to the bowl.

Add a bunch of cilantro, pulse in the food processor, then add to the bowl.

Pour in the hot sauce.

Squeeze in the lime juice.

Add salt and pepper.

Taste, and adjust seasonings as necessary.

Stir, allow to refrigerate a couple hours, then dig in.
