1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
1 teaspoon salt

1 tbsp. cornstarch

In salad oil in medium skillet over medium heat, cook onions 2 min, stirring occasionally.

Add in 1 1/2 c. water, soy sauce, and sugar.
