Roll out the puff pastry on a floured work surface to a 18 x 10 inch rectangle, then cut into 6 equal portions. Lift the 6 pieces onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then spread the sour cream mixture over the top, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge of each piece. Put 3 slices of salami on each piece, then a pepper ring. Finally sprinkle over half of the Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 400u00b0F for about 20 mins. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the paprika and the rest of the Parmesan. Garnish with the basil leaves and serve immediately.
