For the waffles:

In a large mixing bowl mix together flour,corn flour,salt,baking powder and the sugar leaving the 1 tbs out

In a second mixing bowl mix together the yolks,vanilla,milk,butter milk and vegtable oil

In a third bowl beat egg whites until fluffy then add the remaning sugar and beat until stiff peaks form

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry while whisking the fold the egg whites gently

For the s'mores put tge desired amount of chocolate chips in a pan that's oven proof then put in a preheated oven at 200c for approximately 7 mins or until the marshmallows are golden brown

To plate simply put a waffle then top with some of the s'mores dip the another layer of waffle and of the s'mores dip then crumble some biscuits and top with it

You can finish off with a chocolate sauce homemade or store bought
