1 lb sausage
2 zucchini, sliced
2 summer squash, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
8 roma tomatoes, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger, sausage, and onion ,drain add squash garlic and tomatoes and saute until squash is tender.

Put in casserole dish add cheese stir and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
