2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 med. onion, sliced

Combine flour, salt, and pepper.

Cut steak into 6 serving pcs; dredge in flour.

Put in oven-proof skillet with lid.

Heat oil to medium-warm, slowly brown meat on both sides.

Drain fat.

Combine rest of ingredients, except onion slices, and pour over steak.

Simmer, uncovered, about 5 min.
