Ingredients: 2 pound beef round steak; 2 tbsp. flour; 1 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon pepper; 3 tbsp. oil; 1/2 c. water; 1 clove garlic; 1 sm. green pepper, cut in strips; 1 onion, sliced; 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced; 2 teaspoon sugar; 1/2 teaspoon oregano; 1/8 teaspoon basil; 1 pkg. (7 ounce.) spaghetti; 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

2 pound beef round steak
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
1 clove garlic
1 sm. green pepper, cut in strips
1 onion, sliced
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon basil
1 pkg. (7 ounce.) spaghetti
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine flour, salt and pepper.

Cut steak into 6 serving sized pcs and dredge in seasoned flour.

Brown on both sides of oil.

Pour off drippings.

Add in water and garlic; cover and cook over low heat 1 hour.

Add in tomato sauce, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, sugar, oregano and basil.

Cover and continue cooking slowly 1/2 hour or possibly till meat is tender.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Serve round steak on spaghetti.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
